Should my wife also get on a candida diet?

I am currently 2 weeks into Richard Walski's Candida diet and with help of my doctor conferring my yeast infection I am certain that I have had one for over 10 years. I have been working on healing Jock Itch for the last few weeks and it is going well. My question is does my wife need to be treated for yeast to as she does not like the idea of doing my diet too. We have been having sex for almost 2 years and she has only had one yeast infection which cleared up with one try of monistat. She also has no symptoms of candida.
Please let me know as my yeast infection is very severe and I don't want to keep passing it back and forth after I work on it for so long.

If she doesn't have any signs or symptoms of a yeast infection, there really is no need to have her go on a diet. Her body is healthy, and is fighting it off without you. If you want to take some extra steps, I'd consider having her take probiotics.
