You have to think what can be the cause of your IBS. If there is a cause that you can think of, that would help you quite a lot.
If you are getting problems when you eat certain foods, then you must eliminate the food that you are eating.
You can also try adding probiotics into your diet.
Change your diet so that you are eating healthier as well. Everything can affect the IBS. If you cannot cure it completely I'm sure it can be managed more than what you're currently doing.
