Yeast in my body, can I exercise, how do I get rid of die-off?

In November of 2012 I got a vaginal yeast infection, and thrush in my mouth, and it spread around my body a lot. It's gone down some, but I still have episodes of having a white coat sometimes. I occasionally get swollen glands, cysts or lymphs on my face, is that linked to candida? I've taken a 3 day dosage of diflucan that did not help at all.

Can I exercise or should I just rest? I would like to exercise to reduce my stress, but I'm afraid of sweating. Is aloe vera juice helpful? How should I flush out the die-off toxins?

Yes, do not give up on exercising as it's essential for maintaining your good health. Without exercise your body will not be in great health.

Now when you do go to the gym, you MUST make sure that you try to stay dry as possible. As soon as you finish working out shower, and dry yourself off completely. If you do exercise at home, that would be very helpful. You can even use a blow dryer on low heat to make sure that you are completely 100% dry.

Aloe is great for intestinal health and candida can breed in your intestines. It can be helpful but thinking it would be a cure-all would be a mistake. Going on a good diet, ensuring you get proper bowel movements, sweating out the toxins using methods like saunas are also great.
