Want to get rid of candida so I can start family

I have been suffering from almost all of the symptoms of candida for a few years now. I believe I caught this infection from an ex-boyfriend as both he and my current boyfriend are suffering with similar symptoms. 

I have spent thousands of dollars on different doctors and tests trying to work out what my problem is and now I am quite certain a chronic candida infection is the culprit.

 

I have been told that I need to go on a long course of Diflucan - which I have not yet started. I'm concerned that this will not help my condition and possibly make things worse. 

 

I'm so desperate to find a sollution to this issue as I'm looking to start a family and cannot even contemplate this option until I feel I have these issues under control.

Getting these issues under control is ideal before you even decide to have a family. Going on an anti-candida diet while pregnant is not an excellent idea as you will always worry about harming the baby. The same can be said with when you are prepared to start nursing the baby.
