Should I continue taking my current supplements for celiac's disease?

I feel extremely lucky that I was able to find this website when I was looking for some help regarding my symptoms. I started on a candida diet 3 days ago, but I wanted to know how I would know if it's really working. I saw that the symptoms might get worse, but how should I prepare for that.

I also have been diagnosed with celiac's disease, therefore have to take a ton of supplements including B-Complex, calcium, vitamin D, Iron, Vitamin E along with a multi-vitamin. I actually wanted to know if maybe I should stop taking the supplements or continue?

Is yeast contagious? I am worried because I do not want to give it to my year old baby. Thank you

You have celiac's disease, you have to make sure that you continue taking whatever it is your doctor or another healthcare professional has told you to do. Just because you go on a candida diet doesn't mean you should stop your current regime that is working for you.

For candida die off I would read this blog post http://blog.probacto.com/everything-you-need-to-know-about-herxheimer-candida-die-off/

Yeast can be contagious, but as long as your baby isn't touching your yeast infection directly, they shouldn't catch it. Wash your hands when you touch your rash.
