3 Weeks and No Results

Question

I have had a sore throat for about a month now after getting out of hospital for a leg infection. I have been on a candida diet for 3 weeks now and been taking garlic, natural yogurt, last week started on Metagenics Ultra Probiotics, Enzyme Science Candida Control and gargling tea tree mouthwash to no avail. Should I take Nilstat Nystatin oral drops as well.

You shouldn't take any random probiotics, why dont you take a probiotic that is made for candida? Probacto probiotics are made to treat candida yeast infections. Start taking that and make sure to drink a cup of nettle leaf tea. If you experience die-off then make sure to take candida dieoff from probacto it works great.

Keep up the tea tree mouthwash and give yourself time.
