Is is possible to eliminate my yeast infection forever?

I have heard that a yeast infection is permanent. Once you have it, it will be in your body ready to come back whenever. Can I get rid of it forever?

I'm not sure what type of yeast infection you have or how persistent it is, but there are countless people who've been treated for it that never had a reoccuring infection. You are only limited by your beliefs, if you believe you can get rid of it, I'm certain you can as I've seen it done countless times.

So you've probably read up on yeast infection treatments, if you have not, there is plenty that you can read on this section. http://candidaquestions.probacto.com/treatment

Now you have to find out why you are getting yeast infections. If you are getting them because of allergic reactions, then you need to stop whatever you're doing that is causing the allergies. If you are getting yeast infections because of a bad diet, then you need to fix your diet. No matter what it is that is the issue, you need to stop doing it and take the right steps.

There are many people who fix a yeast infection off of a good healthy diet alone. You just need to avoid the foods that cause yeast, and build your bodies natural immunity. If you do that the odds of a yeast infection reoccuring is minimum.
