How do you use Baking Soda for Candida treatment?

I have heard about using baking soda in Candida treatments. Do you use baking soda like a food?

It’s doubtful if you can even consider it a food, but well, this is one of those elements that go into some of the mouth-watering foods often staying responsible for candida overgrowth. If you wanted to hear something like yogurt, sauerkraut and other probiotics-containing edible stuff, there are posts in galore in this forum. But a word of caution: THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE TROUBLES WITH YOUR HEART. I don’t mean if you are a lovestruck fellow pining for some girl, not that; I mean serious heart troubles that can lead to fatality. That’s because there’s sodium in it.

I understand you are also wondering the same way I did and feeling skeptical all the way down your infected digestive tract  - just joking – don’t take it hard. I am confident you’ll also feel as good as I am now within the next few days and you’ll also giggle away while recommending someone else this simple yet highly effective cure. Therefore, without further ado:

IS SODIUM BICARB (Baking Soda) THAT GOOD?

Oh yes, it is; what troubled me since 2010 stopped doing so from this year March and I think it’s not coming back any soon. There’s no doubt the pre- and probiotics I was taking had put my endeavor on afterburners, but unless I could provide the probiotics a proper environment, the colonies wouldn’t thrive. Hell, they wouldn’t have been able to colonise only. Just a little bit of deductive logic and it worked wonders. Baking soda is alkaline by nature and turns your digestive tract highly alkaline kicking candida in the butt. If you are severely infected, you’ll need it for a month; for mild to moderate infections, 15 to 20 days are more than enough. BTW, there’s a second part to it. That’s fixing your digestive system and there are excellent posts here on that too; just search around a bit.

So do it this way:

  • Day 1 to 5: 1 teaspoon baking soda two hours after a major meal. There should be a gap of at least three hours before you eat anything again. This is to keep off digestive juices from flowing. Put it in a glass of water and drink the solution. Repeat this for 3 times a day.
  • Day 6 to 10: Same as above but twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon.
  • Day 11 to 15:  Double the dose. 2 teaspoons in two glasses of water, once a day, two hours after breakfast.
  • Day 16 to 20: Same as day 11 to 15; twice a day like day 6 to 10.
  • Day 21 to 30: Only if you are severely infected. Triple the dose i.e. 3 tsp in two glasses of water; once a day, two hours after breakfast.

Keep us posted on how you fare. And send me a drink after you get shiny and happy again.

I did this for 30 days, I was having vaginal infections for years each 3, 2 or every month and now I'm cure. I wanna tank you for sharing this information and the best part its that its natural and economic. God bless you always!
*I didn't follow any strict diet doing this but I didn't stop drinking probiotics till now. And I try to avoid junk food.
Yeah can you guys please tell me how it went with the baking soda?? And did you follow the candida diet while doing the baking soda? Thanks it advance!!!!!
no caffeine or sugar when u do it or u get die off really bad headaches and dizzy
QUESTION:  Should I take my probiotic before or after meal?  Before or after taking the Sodium Bicarb?  Morning or night?
I just started your 30 day treatment.  I have Multiple Sclerosis but I'm convinced that I also have a terrible ingrained Fungal issue in my gut, and feel it spreading in my entire body.  I have been taking Nystatin, but after a while it does not work.  1 dose of the Sodium Bicarb already has me feeling good.  I hope it can knock it out.  I will keep you posted.  Thank you for sharing.
Try 3000mg per day of niacinamide. So far looks like the best thing I've tried.
