Does Candida cause undigested stool?

I have a lot of undigested stool. Is it what I eat or is it from Candida?

Does Candida cause undigested stool in food you ask. It can, and if you look steven has experienced it here:

Please in the future, use the search button on the upper right corner, to read more about it. But really, you get undigested stool because your stomach acids are low/weak. Digestive enzymes need stomach acids to perform, besides, it also kill the pathogens entering with food. Weak stomach acid let’s some of them escape into intestine and if your gut flora too is weak, you get the nasty beings fill you up.

If you are already under candida treatment, do the following. Drink a glass of water half an hour before eating. This enables production of adequate amounts of hydrochloric acid and pepsin. It is important to digest protein and take out calcium, iron etc from it. Intestinal gas is an indication of a possible Candida overgrowth and the total GI ecology gone awry. Under healthy circumstances, a gastrointestinal (GI) tract is alkaline in mouth (and saliva); a highly acidic stomach; an alkaline small intestine and a slightly-acidic colon. This brings fatigue, depression and overall weakness of body and mind.
Stop taking any acid-blocking drug immediately. H2-receptor blockers and proton pump inhibitors harm equally stomach's acid-producing mechanism. They also interfere with the body’s sodium-potassium pump that produces the hydroelectric power needed to run.
Instead, shift to some stomach acid boosters. These, with probiotics take less than 10 days to show betterment. Still better, if you can have foods high in lactobacilli and probiotics.
There are other posts in this forum on how to boost digestion with herbs and spices. So I am not going too deep into it. Most praised castor oil and digestive mixtures like TRIKATU, but I noticed nobody mentioned TRIPHALA as the intermediary stage between castor oil cleansing and TRIKATU. Following the three day castor oil cleanse, there should be a three-day TRIPHALA regime to support everyday bowel movement and trigger digestion a little bit. TRIKATU provides the surge after that.
If you think TRIPHALA alone will help you clean your bowels well, you are wrong. It is a mild laxative and digestive support that can’t move large quantities. The castor oil cleanse not only cleans the bowels but also make them inhabitable for the beneficial bacteria. It helps further the probiotics supplements.
Also, don’t forget the Thymus thump. My digestion considerably improved within a week and my slumpy love life is up again. However, to take full advantage of it, avoid heavily-cooked foods, processed red meat, deep-fried and/or chemically-treated foods; soft drinks with high phosphoric acid content, artificial colors and flavors. Also barbeques; the direct heat burns the meat and creates carcinogens.
