Prepackaged salad dressings for candida diet?

Hi,

Are there any prepackaged salad dressings on the market that work with the candida diet? The only one I have found so far is the Annies Lemon and chive, and i'm not even sure how true that really is... Also, what other prepackaged sauces (tomato, etc) or dips (hummus, salsa) are available to buy? I know the best thing with all of this is to cook fresh, but I work a full time job and have a family. A few prepackaged items would be great!

Thanks!

I would avoid tomatoes if you are on the candida diet as they contain more sugar than many other vegetables. This will only prolong your issue. Hummus on the other hand is safe to consume in the candida diet. Salsa should be avoided due to again tomatoes. I understand that you have a busy life but i am not away of any prepacked dressing that doesn't contain a ton of sugars and artificial ingredients that will feed the candida. However, you should check out Braggs salad dressing. I usually use their raw apple cider vinegar + olive oil as my dressing since it helps with fighting candida. But make sure to look at the ingredients and avoid that will feed candida.
