Interval when fighting candida infection with baking soda

Hello there,

My name is Ruben and I am from Amsterdam (The Netherlands). I read on your website that I can fight candida, which I am suffering from, effectively with baking soda. On the website a scheme is given per day on how much and when to take the baking soda. It is stated that there should be a gap of at least three hours before eating again. I think this gap starts after using the baking soda, hence two hours after a major meal. But, it could also refer to the gap already starting after the major meal itself. To avoid doubt, could you please explain to me when the three hour interval starts?

It is furthermore stated that the no-food interval is to prevent digestive juices from flowing. Does that also mean that during that interval time it is not allowed to smoke? To the best of my knowledge, that also makes digestive juices flow.

Thank you very much for your reply!
Warm regards,

Ruben

Ruben,

It's admirable that you want to fight candida naturally, but I do not honestly believe that baking soda is the way to do it. What you really should do is follow the candida diet.
