Chronic yeast like symptoms, not sure what to do

Hi. At about the end of January of this year I started to feel really itchy and was dealing with some pelvic pressure and abdominal cramps. I tested positive for yeast and was put on abdication to wipe it out. However, this did not help. I went to the gynecologist and every test came back clean, although they put me on metrozinadole for BV just in case. After my course of BV... I started to get really constipated, with constant headaches, nausea, loss of appetite, and increased pain for the cramps. The itching is still present... We went back to the doctor and took a urine test but it only a low growth or bacteria was present, yet I have chronic yeast symptoms. please help I have no idea what's going on. I get fuzzy, lightheaded and dizzy too.

I'm not quite sure what abdication is, but if that is anything like diflucan or nystatin, then you should have noticed some improvement at a minimum.

Have you considered going to a naturopath and seeing what else it can be? They may say it's candida as a lot of naturopaths have a tendency to do that, but I would still consider going before I go on a full out candida diet. Of course you can try that as well, and see if it helps, you should be able to tell relatively quickly (within a few month), although that may seem like forever at the time.
