Think I have candida but am not sure

I've been doing a bit of self research on candida, for the last 6-7 months have been quite miserable with so many vague and seemingly unrelated symptoms. Primary trigger was a continued 'genital irritation and burning/discomfort' which was fleeting on and off (I am a male 32 years -asian) - it persisted badly but was not uti as per urine tests.

Most doctors suspected prostatitis as I had other assoc symptoms soon- went on about 4-5 weeks of antibiotics...things improved but within a month am having a series of digestive issues - constant bloating, a bit of brain fog, heartburn etc...

All through this, I've have had varied vague muscle and joint ache, sometimes tingling, throbbing sensations.

The urinary symptoms have been the weirdest...it has been mostly non voidal irritation..sporadic. I've had flu like symtoms too (without temperature)...sudden body aches, feeling fatigued and drowsy...etc..

Doctors have been finding it tough to diagnose. Should I test (blood/stool) for candida? Do guys of my age get it...seems rare though?!

Any other possibilities?

Candida isn't really picky about who gets it, guys, girls, dogs, cats, anybody can get candida. I wasn't kidding about dogs or cats or animals getting it because plenty of animals get fungal infections, sometimes they are nasty, but vets will usually prescribe ketaconazole or some other antifungal for the animal. But everyone can get candida, so take care of your health as there aren't really too many exceptions.

The magic questiont hat you want to know is if you have candida. There is no 100% foolproof test, sure there are certain tests that will help detect whether you have candida or not, but know that it's not 100%. The bloating, brain fog, are all symptoms that many candida sufferers do get. It's really tough to determine whether you have candida, doing a test like the spit test is what I did, but I've heard some skepticism. Neverthless I went on a candida diet, and have felt much much better since doing it.

My suggestion is if you're not sure whether or not you have candida, to just go on a candida diet and try it for just a few months to see how you feel. Take probiotics and antifungals as well. If you do all that and dont really notice any benefits, well you might not have candida.
