Just had a baby and have candida, what to do?

I just read this article after trying to detoxify my body for while now. I just recently had a baby and am currently breastfeeding so I haven't been really taken all the measures to completely get rid of this thing. A homeopathic doctor recommended I take 2 drops of Tri-gaurd daily and a probiotic. I've also been eating clean and drinking lots of water. Is grapefruit juice okay to drink? Do you have any recommendations on what I can do to rid this thing faster even though im breastfeeding? I was just looking at my tongue and the back of it is covered in a white film which looks to me like candida. its pretty gross :/ please help!

Pregnant and nursing women often get yeast infections. Their bodies are under stress, they are not getting enough sleep, and it's just rough on them. You have to watch what you put in your body, and watch out for your body. I would listen to a doctor that I'm going to and not really do anything else. If I wasn't pregnant, I would follow a candida diet.
