I've been reading through probacto's website and it's really great. I've been going crazy by people who claim to be experts then tell me to eat sweet potatoes.
My question is, what do you think about raw apple cider vinegar? Is that a do or a don't? I am on my first week of a candida diet, and do not want to make any mistakes because I failed once before. What about kefir, can I start taking it from the beginning or should I add it later?
