Resources for a candida diet?

I've always believed myself to be a relatively healthy person, but I also think I have a systemic yeast infection. I try to stay healthy as possible, and eat moderately well, but I've had a lot of stress. I work a highly stressful job, and am taking care of several family members, young and old, so I work pretty much 24/7. It's been like that for a long time, and I've been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I get yeast infections quite often as well.
I would like some help with the diet, if there are any resources that you can recommend it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, there are a ton of resources on this site that will certainly help.

The thing is stress, lack of sleep are huge. I almost feel that no matter what you do as long as you do not get that fixed you will not feel as good as you should.

In terms of books to download look to your right, there is the candida meal plan and the candida diet, detox book. Both of them are excellent and are good ways to familiarize yourself with what is necessary.
