Discharge, Itchiness, thrush, is it candida?

I have been living with continuous thrush for 4 years now and am 19 years old. I have been treated a few times but It keeps coming back so have given up.

I suffer with itchiness inside and outside the vagina, watery and thick discharge, depression, itchiness all over body mainly after a shower, itchy scalp, rare shooting pains in head, persistent cough, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea sometimes after eating or exercise, rare heart palpitations, find it hard getting to sleep and when I do I often wake up. Also often my big toe nail appears yellow and hard. Is this Candida? Would be really helpful to get some advice as haven't spoken to my mum about it yet.

If you have had thrush for so long and you have tried various treatments specially antifungals, antibiotics then you are probably going through candida overgrowth and you will have to get rid of it before the thrush is gone.

Signs and symptoms are pretty much what you have listed; itching, odor, thick discharge, bloating, gas etc. I have not heard much about candida being connected to insomnia however if you are going through all these symptoms then it could impact your sleep patterns.  You have also mentioned about big toe issue which sounds like a fungal infection.

So all in all you have fungal infection called candida yeast overgrowth. Here is what I recommend, start with probacto probiotics, nettle leaf tea and cfort10. It is imperative that you stay on this treatment plan for 5-6 months because you have had thrush for so long.

In regards with diet just follow Seans Brookwoods candida diet which you can find on probacto's blog.
