Nervous about Die-Off

I have enjoyed your article. I have been dealing with some of these symptoms all my life. 4 and a half years ago it became way worse. At that time we lived in an old house that had a damp moldy basement. I even work a business in that basement for a year.
Now I have dizzyness/vertigo (false sensatation of movement) anxiety, panic attacks , cold feet or feeling cold, etc etc etc.

You and one other person have made me nervous about treating this because (anxiety) the die-off possiblity.

How do I treat this with out the fear of that?

Die-off isn't really something that you have to fear so much. It is something that should be managed, and you should try to deal with as little die-off as possible as you do not want intense reactions. I would look to take it slow, and get rid of the candida slowly. If you rush things, you will run the risk of having more die-off than necessary. You do not want die-off as it's unhealthy as it is, and it's your body releasing toxins faster than it can clear them.
