Smoothie Cleanse and Die-off?

i started a 21 day green smoothie cleanse and i am on day 9...my eyes are watery and my nose dripping which i had both symptoms before but are much worse. can this be due to candida? did not see thes symptoms on the list. have candida and have been working on it for years.

There are so many symptoms that are possible and associated with die-off that it's really hard to say if your symptoms are exactly from die-off or due to something else. I personally do believe you are suffering from die-off and would recommend taking candidaoff.
