Trying to get to the root of my problems?

I am 32 y.o. female. 5 year history of not feeling well. All seemed to start with antibiotic use for Utis. Have had GI issues (nausea, abdominal cramps, diagnosed bacterial overgrowth in bowel, diarrhea/constipation). In the past year have had chronic nasal inflammation. Allergies to amoxicillin, dust, dust mites, ragweed. Vaginal irritation for past 4 years. I have worked with many docs (primary care, naturopathic, obgyn specialist in yeast, nutritionist, rheumatologist, Ent, allergist). I try to eat low sugar diet. Mostly veggies and meat but have found it difficult especially at holidays to avoid most/all sugar. Last week I began getting stiffness/burning pain in my hands and feet. Also some in right hip and knees. Never had this before. I am very afraid of what is happening and want to get to the root of this before it is too late. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

It's always best to get to the root of your problems. If I am allergic to something, just covering up the symptoms with allergy medication is usually not the best solution, but instead it's best to eliminate contact with what I am allergic to.

I think you already know what it is you have to do but just are having trouble doing it. Know that you are not alone, and that you are capable of doing it. Everybody who has ever been through a candida treatment plan has been feeling how you are feeling. The holiday season is most definitely difficult. It is also difficult around big party and game events to avoid certain foods, but sometimes you have no choice. There are a plethora of meals, and you can avoid eating breads, grains, sugars if you just put your mind to it. Yes, you wil be jealous of the person eating a cake, or ice cream, drinking soda, but if it's for your overall health then it is certainly worth it. Really, even if you do not have candida eating much healthier and avoiding junk food will help your overal health so much.
