Rashes All Over My Body

In the last 8 months my skin has been coming out in various rashes all over my body - small patches of dry itchy skin on my back, hips, legs, ankles, inside elbows, eyelids, and sides of my mouth.

I purchased a book called the eczema diet by Karen Fischer, and have purchased the supplements to tackle what I thought was eczema. Then I read that it is best to go on an anti-fungal medication first to get rid of any potential fungal infection that I may be suffering from before I start eating right for eczema.

I am booked to see my doctor tomorrow, but am wondering whether a course of anti-fungal medication will actually be helpful or not?

It really depends if you believe your rashes are caused by a fungal infection or not. Most doctors will not just prescribe you antifungals like diflucan without any real proof that you have a serious yeast infection.

I'm not sure what the eczema diet is, but if you can use the information with the candida diet, then maybe you will be able to find some good information to help give you the solution you are looking for. Our natural candida diet is not a 1 time antifungal, but a process of changing your health, and making your body regulate itself.
