Suitable diet?

I've been suffering from vaginal yeast infections for the past year and have been getting one about once a month. I've ggone to several doctors, and even a homeopath but nobody seems to be able to help me. I eat a completely plant based diet, and also have cut out sugar. I do not eat meat, fish, dairy, eggs so that part of the diet will be difficult I imagine.

I am eating mostly veggies, tofu, legumes, vegetable or brown rice pasta. I stopped drinking alcohol 2 months ago, and am fully prepared to follow Probacto's treatment plans, but being on a plant based diet has drastically limited my food choices and I would like to know if certain foods are okay.

Is there a list of foods that I can eat?

What about organic marinara sauce? Vegetable pasta? nutritional yeast? Organic popcorn?

I'm also on the birth control pill, can I stay on it?
