What should I do if I am on a Candida diet and have caught an infection that requires me to take antibiotics? If I take it, it will most certainly ruin my progress, but if I do not I may get worse.

You should increase your probiotics and drink at least a pint or more of homemade kefir every day. If I were on a Candida treatment and had to take an antibiotic, I would probably increase my probiotics to 300 or 400 billion CFU’s a day to protect against the antibiotics.
