For Sean- Keifir Question

Would you say Keifir is necessary for my candida diet? I take 60 billion probiotic a day in pill format right now and plan to increase that until I get up to around 200 bil or more a day, is this a good number as well?

And my last question. Does stomach acid Kill the good bacteria in Keifir before it can populate in the intestines?

Thank you!

I'm not sean but I see that this question has never been answered.

Kefir offers different benefits than regular probiotic supplements and probiotic supplements offers benefits that kefir does not as well.

Kefir is great for anybody whether you have candida or not (unless you cannot handle it, and it's a pain to make every day as well). Not all probiotics are created equally 60 billion, 200 billion probiotics in a pill aren't necessarily the same as ones that have 1 billion. It's not just the quantity of probiotics, but the quality of the strains of probiotics are important.

Often times the ones with super huge numbers are just marketing, so make sure to take a really good probiotic supplement if you're not going to take kefir.
